It's delicious served hot but just as tasty cold the next day - ideal for a summer starter.

I made a Refreshing Vermicelli (Maloney) Salad, this one is more creamy using yogurt and mayonnaise.

So healthy, it makes a fantastic side salad. The green laver works so well with the sesame.
