Noodle broth (mentsuyu) | 300ml |
Spring onions (finely chopped) | 2 |
Nori sheet (finely shredded) | 1/2 |
Crushed sesame seeds | 1 tbsp |
Chilli flakes | 1/2-1 tsp |
Soy sauce | 1-2 tsp |
Sesame oil | 1 tbsp |
Use your favourite noodle broth or soup base. You can add some Gochujang into the topping sauce if you like, to get even more of an authentic flavour.
