Korean Savoury Green Peppers

Green pepper 1
Ginger 5g
Spring onion 1
Pine nuts 20g
Sesame oil 1/2 tbsp
Gochujang 1/2 tbsp
Sake 1 tbsp
Miso 1/2 tsp
Mirin 1/2 tsp
Crushed sesame seeds 1/2 tbsp

Method

Deseed the pepper and finely chop.

Put the sesame oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add the chopped spring onion, ginger and green peppers and fry for 5 minutes.

Add the remaining seasonings and pine nuts and fry until reduced. Then fry for a further 5 minutes and top on cooked rice before serving.
