Spinach And Cheese Crispy Crackers

Ingredients

Spinach 50g
Emmental cheese, grated 40g
Parmigiano reggiano, grated 40g
Cayenne pepper a little

Method

Microwave the spinach for 1 minute, soak in water and drain. Roughly chop it.

Place a baking sheet on an oven tray and put some of the grated cheese flat and evenly on it.

Sprinkle the spinach onto the cheese then cover with more cheese. Put in a preheated oven 180C.

Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and it burns a little.

Cool down then cut. Add some cayenne pepper if you like, it's ready to serve.

Tips & Note

●It worked with Emmental and Parmigiano reggiano cheeses, but other firm cheese will also work, so please try with your own favourite.
