Makes 15 Prep: 15 min Cook: 20 min

Ingredients

Puff pastry sheet 1
Frankfurter sausages 5
Dolmio pasta sauce (sundried tomato) 1
Wholegrain mustard as required
Mozzarella cheese (grated) as required
Egg yolk 1

Method

1
This is all you need. No cooking required - just bake!
2
Cut the puff pastry sheet into 15 pieces. It's easy if you have a pizza cutter. Place a frankfurter cut to one third in each centre.
3
Place a dollop of pasta sauce (about 150g) and 1 tsp wholegrain mustard on top of each sausage.
4
Sprinkle a pinch of grated mozzarella cheese on top.
5
Lift both long sides of the pastry and pinch at the top to secure firmly.
6
Brush with the egg yolk to give a nice shiny brown finish. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
7
There's nothing tastier than a freshly baked puff pastry pie, it's so light, fluffy and flaky!

Tips & Note

Don't overload with too many ingredients otherwise you won't be able to close the pie properly.
