●Light soy sauce | 1 tsp |
●White wine | 2 tbsp |
●Salt & pepper | as required |
Grated cheese | 3 tbsp |
Fresh parsley | as you like |
Ham | 100g |
Spinach | 3 handfuls |
●When the spinach is cooked, it shrinks, so add plenty.
●Make the sauce quite runny, so that it fills the conchiglie shells.
