Hello everyone. My focus is on simple cooking. I qualified as a chef in Japan and my recipes are a fusion between Asian and western food.
I enjoy preparing food for dinner gatherings and have taught in schools in Western Australia. Each year I work in a remote indigenous community (Parnngurr Community School (https://www.parnngurrschool.wa.edu.au) teaching Martu tribes people how to prepare simple meals which they can source at their local shop.
