Ingredients

Bacon 350g
Frozen Peas & Corn 250g
Frozen Broccoli & Cauliflower 250g
Butter 40g
Flour 1/4 cup
Granted tasty cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Seasoning All Purpose or Salt and Paper 1~2 tsps
Milk or Cream 1 cup

Method

Place a pan over high heat.

Add bacon and stir-fry until golden and crisp for about 2 minutes.

Add frozen Peas & Corn and Broccoli & Cauliflower

Add seasoning (or salt & Paper) and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add butter, flour and milk or milk

Over low heat, stirring

Once the mixture bubbles, remove from heat and add cheese

Bake in a pre-heated oven 350F (180C) for about 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown
