Ingredients

Pancake:
Water 1½ cup
Corn 125g
Turmeric ½ tsp *just a little bit
Seasoning All Purpose ½ tbsp
Cabbage 500g
Self Raising Flour 2 cups
Corn or potato starch ½ cup
Parmesan cheese ½ cup
Eggs 2
Oil:
Vegitable oil 2tbsp
Sauce:
Okonomi sauce or Tomato sauce as required
Japanese kewpie Mayonnaise as required

Method

Finely slice cabbage

Put Step 1 and all the other pancake ingredients into a bowl and mix well

Put 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat

Place the mixture onto the pan.

Cook well on the other side until golden

Top with Tomato sauce or Okonomi sauce and mayonnaise
