Ingredients

Avocado 2
Mango 1/2
White crabmeat 70g
Fresh red chilli 1
Lime 1
Salt 1/4 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp

Method

I bought this from Ocado, it's my favourite.

Chop the mango and avocado into 2cm square dice and deseed the fresh chilli before chopping it finely. Flake the crab meat.

Pour a little bit of lime juice over the mango and crab.

Use half the lime juice, salt and olive oil to cover the avocado.

Arrange all the ingredients nicely before serving.

Tips & Note

The best way to enjoy this dish is to use the best ripe mango and avocado, but it's never easy to guarantee this!
