Strawberry Snowball

A refreshing sweet dish and pretty with freeze-dried strawberries!

Ingredients

Butter 90g
Plain flour 145g
Sugar 45g
Freeze-dried strawberries 5g
Icing sugar as required

Method

Preheat the oven to 170℃.

Put the butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave. Add the sugar and mix.

Sift the flour into Step 2 and add the freeze-dried strawberries. Loosely knead together.

Make small balls with the dough and arrange on a baking sheet on an oven tray.

Put in the oven and bake for about 17 minutes then let it cool.

Once cooled, dredge with the icing sugar and serve.
