Nana Matsuo
After graduating from Osaka Tsuji Cookery College, I worked in their Western cookery department, then lived in France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong and the US in various restaurants, learning all sorts of tips and techniques. I now use these in my cookery school Nanita Bonita in London. I just moved to Dusseldorf (August 2016).
