Soy sauce | 2 tsp |
Bok choy bulbs | 4-6 |

Mushrooms (shimeji, oyster or shiitake) | 100-200g |

Soya milk | 200ml |
●The stock comes from the chicken so you can use chicken wings instead of thighs if you prefer
●If you allow it to boil once you add the soya milk, it will separate slightly and won't look so good
