How to Make a Delicious Sukiyaki Sauce SUSHI BAR KIKUCHI

Your dishes can be as good as a restaurant's, but it's important to make a good sauce.

Recipe By: KIKUCHI LONDON (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/248)
Serves 4 Prep: 15 min Cook: 20 min

Ingredients

Sauce:
●Soy sauce 90ml
●Mirin 90ml
●Sake 45ml
●Sugar 40g
Water 265ml

Method

1
Put all the sauce ingredients in a pan on medium heat and bring to the boil.
2
Once boiled, remove any white impurities from the surface.
3
Mix with the exact weight of these ingredients of water.
4
Now make some sukiyaki: place your favourite meat, vegetables and tofu attractively in a pan.
5
This time, I used 120g of thinly sliced beef per person and a variety of mushrooms, tofu, onions and Chinese leaves.
6
Pour the sauce onto Step 4 and cook on a medium heat. It's ready when the vegetables are cooked through.

Tips & Note

●At home, you'd probably put the sauce first followed by the other ingredients, but this makes it a bit messy, so it's a good suggestion to place the ingredients first to look nice, then the sauce.
