Makes 10 Prep: 20 min Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Minced lamb 200g
Asparagus 10
Strong flour 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper as required
Curry powder just over 1 tsp

Method

1
Mix the minced lamb, salt & pepper and curry powder by hand and divide into 10.
2
Trim off the hard ends of the uncooked asparagus. Dredge the spears with some strong flour (except the tips).
3
Cover the asparagus (except the tips) with the minced lamb and press firmly.
4
Heat a grill pan with oil on high heat. Place the asparagus spears on the grill and turn to medium low. Rotate occasionally as they cook.

Tips & Note

●Wet the asparagus slightly as Step 2 when you dredge with flour.
●I personally recommend to serve with a yogurt sauce - 2 tsp plain yogurt with 1 tsp olive oil, salt & cayenne pepper.
