Serves 4-6 Cook: 5 min

Ingredients

Sliced ham 110g
Cream cheese 100g
Milk 30ml
Chives as required
Baguette as required

Method

1
Put the roughly chopped ham, cream cheese and milk in a blender and blend.
2
Add the roughly chopped chives and mix in. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve alongside crusty baguette slices.

Tips & Note

You can buy simple ham from the supermarket, or you could use smoked salmon for an indulgent version. Personally, I like to eat this with some cress and crushed pink peppercorns.
