Can you believe tofu can be used to make this delicious dessert?

Serves 3-4 Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Tofu (soft) 150g
Chocolate (68% cocoa) 70g
Double cream 25g
Grand Marnier a little
Fruit for garnish as you like

Method

1
Leave the tofu to drain from its water then puree with a hand blender.
2
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
3
Put Step 1 into Step 2 with the double cream and Grand Marnier and mix well.
4
Pour Step 3 into demitasse cups and put in the fridge to cool. Garnish with your favourite fruit when you're ready to serve.
5
I used this French chocolate Valrhona, well known for its high quality.
6
This is the Grand Marnier, a liqueur made with oranges.

Tips & Note

I only used the sugar from the chocolate, no extra, so the sweetness level is a bit low. You can use your favourite chocolate and adjust the sweetness to your taste. You can garnish with whipped cream, fruit or nuts, whatever you like. I used mocha cream, strawberries, blueberries and chocolate shards.
