Strawberry and Banana Yogurt Parfait

A smooth dessert with a real flavour of bananas.

Ingredients

Strawberries 12 (120g)
Banana 1
Natural plain yogurt 4 tbsp
Mint for garnish as required
【A】
Whipping cream 200ml
Sugar 40g

Method

Put 8 strawberries into a blender and make a puree.

Put all the A ingredients into a bowl and lightly whisk with a blender.

Add Step into Step 2 and mix very lightly. Add the roughly chopped banana and yogurt and mix again.

Transfer to a dessert glass and garnish with the remaining strawberries and mint leaves, it's ready to serve.

This is the secret ingredient that makes this dessert nice and smooth. Never overwhip.

Tips & Note

●If you add cornflakes at Step 3, it will be a delicious breakfast!
