Yellow Pepper & Yogurt Smoothie

A surprising ingredient in a smoothie but the slight bitterness gives a real kick to this vitamin shot.

Recipe By: Nanita (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/243)
Serves 2-3 Cook: 5 min

Ingredients

Yellow pepper 120g
Pineapple 150g
Banana 130g
Yogurt 7 tbsp

Method

1
Deseed the pepper and roughly chop with the pineapple and banana.
2
Put Step 1 into a blender, add the yogurt and blend well.
3
If you prefer a smoother finish, sieve through a strainer.

Tips & Note

You can use tinned pineapple if you like. The bitterness from the yellow pepper will increase with time, so better to drink it straightaway. If you add some mint, it will really raise the refreshing character of this drink.
