Crispy Turkey Goujons

A lovely snack for kids and a great new way of enjoying turkey.

Ingredients

Turkey thighs 200g
Salt & pepper as required
Potato starch or cornflour as required
Oil for frying as required
Lemon as required

Method

Slice the turkey into bitesize pieces.

Tenderise the turkey (place in parchment paper first) or roll out to make very thin.

Season with salt & pepper and dredge with potato starch.

Deep fry 180C oil. Squeeze over the lemon juice and enjoy whilst hot.

Tips & Note

●If you don't have a tenderiser, use a bottle or jar.
●Because the meat is very thin, it will cook very easily so don't over-fry.
