Serves 12個 Cook: 30 min

Ingredients

White chocolate 80g
Strawberries 12
Marshmallow 12
Chocolate chips and other decorations as required
Cocktail sticks 12

Method

1
Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie.
2
Make faces with your preferred decoration ingredients on each marshmallow, using the white chocolate from Step 1 as a glue.
3
Cut the strawberries in half (to create a triangle shape hat).
4
Dip them into the white chocolate to cover 3-4mm from the base and place onto each marshmallow to look like Santa's hat.
5
Secure each strawberry to the marshmallow with a cocktail stick. When the white chocolate has set, they're ready.
6
This is the decoration materials I used for Christmas, including cocktail sticks.
7
One of the jars has chocolate buttons, ideal for Santa's eyes.
8
There's also icing in a tube, handy for drawing and available in pink, choco and white and more colours.

Tips & Note

●An ideal recipe for a 'Bring a dish' party.
●Keep in a cool place. Create your designs quickly as the white chocolate will soon set.
