Tuna Tortilla Wrap

Ideal for a lunchbox or picnic.

Ingredients

Soft tortilla (large) 4
Tinned tuna (in sunflower oil) 1
Watercress 40g
Tomato (medium) 1
Onion 1/2
Cheddar cheese 50g
Horseradish sauce 2 tbsp
Branston pickle 2 tbsp

Method

Finely chop the watercress, roughly chop the tomato and finely slice the onion. Grate the cheese.

Put the drained tuna in a large bowl and add all of the ingredients from Step 1. Add the horseradish sauce and Branston pickle and mix well.

Put a frying pan on low heat and add the tortilla (no oil). Divide Step 2 into 4 and add to the tortilla. Wrap the mixture up then remove to a plate.

Repeat with the other 3 tortilla.

Return the wrapped tortilla to the frying pan for 10 minutes (no oil) on low heat. Turn over occasionally to brown lightly.

When the cheese melts, it's ready to enjoy.

Tips & Note

●At Step 3, wrapping in a slightly heated frying pan makes it easier as the tortilla is then softer
