Chorizo, Cream Cheese & Omelette Tortilla Wrap

Ingredients

Mini tortilla wrap 1
Cream cheese 1
Chorizo slices 4
Egg 1
Salt a pinch
Cucumber batons 2
Sundried tomato 1

Method

These are the mini tortilla I bought from Sainsbury's, there are 6 tortilla in a pack.

Make a really thin omelette in a frying pan (add a touch of salt) and cut the chorizo slices into bitesize pieces.

Put the omelette on the tortilla and spread the cream cheese on the top left quarter. Lay the chorizo on top.

Add the chopped sundried tomato and cucumber batons (1cm x 5cm long).

Flatten the ingredients whilst rolling in the tortilla from the left bottom to the centre.

Then roll downwards clockwise to create a triangle cone.

Tips & Note

●The yellow of the omelette looks really appetising and it also adds a lovely texture to this wrap
