Potatoes, Asparagus & Bacon in a Cheesy Ketchup Sauce

Ingredients

Potatoes 3
Onions 80g
Garlic 2 cloves
Asparagus 8
Bacon 100g
Ketchup 4-5 tbsp
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Grated cheese 30g
Salt & pepper as required

Method

Trim the hard part off the asparagus and slice into half lengthways. Boil in salted water for 1 minutes then drain.

Peel the potatoes and dice. Boil until soft, then drain.

Slice the garlic thinly and finely chop the onion. Cut the bacon into 5mm strips.

Put the olive oil in a frying pan and fry all of Step 3 on high heat.

Add the potatoes and asparagus into the frying pan. Add the ketchup and stir in.

Add the cheese and fry further. When it's melted, adjust for seasoning with salt & pepper. Serve and enjoy!

Tips & Note

Make sure to melt the cheese well, the dish is then ready.
