Cheese Flavoured Sausage Pie

Ingredients

Cocktail sausages (uncooked) 6
Puff pastry sheets (10x6cm) 6
Mexicana cheese or Cheddar cheese 6 tbsp
Beaten egg as required

Method

These are the sausages I used.

This is the puff pastry. You can put any left over in the fridge but use up as soon as you can.

Preheat the oven 220C. Grate the cheese beforehand.

Put 1 tbsp cheese onto the puff pastry sheet and 1 sausage.

Wrap completely, then twist the ends to look like a sweet.

Tips & Note

●The Mexicana cheese give this quite a grown up spicy taste, but you can choose any cheese you like.
