Ingredients

Lettuce 200g
Green laver 1 tbsp
Crushed sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp

Method

Finely shred the ice cold lettuce and put in a bowl with the other ingredients. Mix well to combine and enjoy!

Tips & Note

Make this just before you eat, as it tastes better ice cold.
