Seafood Ramen with Sesame Miso Soup

This dish has plenty of seafood.

Ingredients

Dried egg noodles 2 bowls
Beansprouts 400g
Cod 300g
Mixed seafood 1 pack
Leek 1
Shiitake mushrooms 4
Chilli oil if you like
Soup ingredients:
Water 1.5l
Miso paste 100g
Bonito granules 1 tbsp
Crushed sesame seeds 40g

Method

Boil the egg noodles and transfer to cold running water to wash before draining.

Put all the ingredients for the soup into a pan and heat to make a soup.

Place all the other ingredients except chilli oil into Step 2 and put the lid on. Remove any scum as it floats.

When the vegetables are softened and the cod is cooked, it's ready. Pour the chilli oil over the top and serve.

These are the egg noodles I used for this recipe.

Tips & Note

●If you like it spicier, you can add some Chinese chilli bean sauce.
●Cod is easily broken, so slice it thickly before adding to the soup.
