Just chop up the lettuce, put in a ziplock bag with the seasoning and shake it. It's delicious just as it is. If you can wait 10 minutes, it will be more delicious! It's a salad that won't be beaten by chopsticks!
Lettuce, Nori sheet, Mentsu-yu (shop-bought noodle soup concentrated ×3）, Sesame oil, Toasted and crushed sesame seeds, Vinegar, Sesame seeds (whole)
Sushi rice, Nori sheet (1/2), Salad lettuce leaves, Ready salted crisps, Fish fingers (frozen), Cucumber (1cm square, as long as the nori sheet), Mayonnaise
Just three main ingredients - so quick and easy but so delicious!
Lettuce, Tofu (firm), Egg, Chicken stock, Soy sauce, Mirin, Sake, Chinese chilli bean sauce, Noodle broth (mentsuyu), Sesame oil, Potato starch in a bit of water
All the ingredients were in my fridge. The flavour of the bacon and the sweet onions give it a nice touch. The dressing is so simple with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
