Parma Ham & Mozzarella Tortilla Wrap

Ingredients

Mini tortilla wrap 1
Parma ham slice 1
Avocado 1/4
Mozzarella cheese 1/2
Lettuce leaves 2
Chilli tomato sauce 2 tbsp

Method

These are the mini tortillas from Sainsbury's, there are 6 in a pack. Mexican tortillas are usually made with maize flour but this is made from ordinary flour.

Here are the ingredients.

Lay the tortilla flat on a chopping board. Put the parma ham at the top then spread the tomato sauce in an upside down triangle to cover the top left quarter.

Lay the lettuce, sliced mozzarella and avocado on top of the sauce, keeping the ingredient to the outer edge of the wrap.

Start wrapping by folding in the left side to cover the ingredients (press them down to flatten).

Contunue rolling clockwise downwards from the centre point to make a triangle cone.
