Your favourite toppings | as required |
Mozzarella cheese for pizza | 60-70g |
Parmigiano reggiano & parsley (optional) | as required |
Salt & pepper | as required |
You won't need to put in the oven for long (6-7 minutes), so it's better to use ready-cooked ingredients in your toppings, as they'll be hidden under the cheese. You can grill it if you like which will be a bit quicker. Add some stronger-tasting cheese if you're using mozzarella, as it won't taste of much otherwise.
