Serves 6-8 Prep: 20 min Cook: 35 min

Ingredients

Butter 80g
Peppers (red, yellow, green) 1/3 each
Arabiki sausages (or chipolatas) 8
Onion (medium) 1/2
Self raising flour 150g
Butter 1 tsp
Milk 100ml
Eggs (large) 3
Honey 1 tbsp
Salt 4-5g
Pepper a little

Method

1
Preheat the oven 180C.
2
Chop the vegetables and sausages into 1cm dice. Put 1 tsp butter in a frying pan and add the chopped ingredients on high heat for 3 minutes.
3
Add 30ml milk and cook to reduce. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
4
Put the butter (80g) in a bowl and microwave for 30-40 seconds and mix well.
5
Add the eggs and remaining milk into Step 4 with the honey and salt & pepper and whisk.
6
Sift in the flour and lightly fold in with a spatula (don't overmix).
7
Pour Step 6 into the cooled mixture from Step 3 and mix well. Pour into a baking tray evenly.
8
Put in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until cooked through. Serve when warm with the main dish.

Tips & Note

●It looks very colourful when you slice it (that's why I used three colours of pepper). In France, they also use spinach and tomato, so any vegetable is possible. Try it and find your favourites!
