Avocado With Crabsticks (Surimi)

Ingredients

Avocado 1
Crabsticks (Surimi) 3
Mayonnaise 1.5 tbsp
Ketchup 1.5 tbsp
Lettuce leaves 2

Method

1
Put equal measures of mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl and mix to make a thousand island dressing.

Cut a ripe avocado in half and remove the stone.

Fill the hole with a heap of finely chopped crabstick and pour over the sauce from Step 1.

Put the lettuce leaves on a plate and place the avocado on top. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

Tips & Note

This is a good substitute when you don't have any prawns in your fridge. But prawns are the best!
