Recipe By: Tobuchan (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/25)
Serves 2 Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Organic yogurt 500ml
Avocado 1
Cherry tomatoes 6-8
Honey 4 tbsp

Method

1
Make a solid yogurt first, see recipe ID: 1924
2
Wrap the solid yogurt in cling film and make the same shape as the avocado.
3
Cut the avocado and yogurt into half then half again to make 4 slices.
4
Arrange alternately on a serving dish. In a bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes with the honey.
5
Pour over lots of the tomatoes and honey and enjoy!

Tips & Note

●Avocado and yogurt both go really well with honey
●I thought this would be a fantastic looking dish, it actually looks like tropical insects (;^ω^).You can, of course, just chop the avocado and solid yogurt.
