Melon and Grape Miso Soup

Ingredients

Fruit pot 1
Miso (white) 40g
Hot water 500ml
Dashi stock granules 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds as required

Method

I used a fruit pot available in most supermarkets. This one had two kinds of melon and grapes.

Boil the hot water in a pan and add the fruit. Cook for 2 minutes on high heat.

Turn the heat down to low and add the miso dissolved in a bit of water.

Serve in soup bowl and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top.

Tips & Note

For those with a sweet tooth, add a touch of sugar. This is almost a dessert!
