Ingredients

Water 500ml
Egg 1
Wakame seaweed as required
Chicken stock granules 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Pepper a little
Sesame seeds as required

Method

1
I often use TELMA, CONSOMME DE POULET chicken stock granules.
2
Boil the water and add the sesame oil, pepper and chicken stock granules.
3
Add the beaten egg a bit at a time, stirring gently.
4
Add the wakame seaweed (if using dried seaweed, soak it in water beforehand). Stir lightly then sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Tips & Note

When adding the beaten egg at Step 3, if you drop it in a bit at a time, it will end up with a nice fluffy finish.
