Vanilla ice cream 200-250g
Banana 1
Choco chips 2 tbsp

Method

The vanilla ice cream from Mackie's of Scotland is lovely and creamy and not too sweet.

Lightly mash the banana with the back of a fork.

Melt the ice cream lightly to get a consistency that you can mix. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Refreeze for one hour then transfer to a dessert bowl before serving.

Tips & Note

The final dessert will depend on the vanilla ice cream you use, so try different varieties.
