Orange and Mango Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

Orange 1
Mango 2
Greek yogurt 250g
Caster sugar 3-5 tbsp
Orange zest 1/2 orange
Orange segments for garnish as required

Method

Peel the orange. Use a knife to loosen each orange segment and remove.

Chop each segment into 3 pieces and put into a plastic tub and freeze.

Peel the mango (or remove from a tin). Chop into small pieces and freeze in a plastic tub.

Once frozen, you can add Step 2 & 3 into a blender with the greek yogurt, sugar and orange zest until it resembles ice cream.

Place into a dessert glass and top with some orange segments, it's ready.
