Autumn Fruits, Fig & Green Tea Yogurt Parfait

A delicious combination of fruits and matcha tea in a dessert!

Ingredients

Apple 1/2
Pear 1/2
Grapes 10
Fig 1
Base:
Greek yoghurt 100g
Matcha just less than 1/2 tsp
Golden syrup 1 tbsp

Method

Cut the apples and pears in half, remove the core and cut into pieces. Put the apple in salted water then wipe off with kitchen paper.

Cut the fig into 8 equal pieces.

Place all the base ingredients in a bowl and mix well using a whisk.

Place Steps 1 & 2 in a serving bowl and decorate with the grapes before serving.

Tips & Note

●You can use any type of apple (except Bramley apple) and pear
●Instead of golden syrup, you could use honey or maple syrup
