Miso soup with... Crisps!

Potatoes and crisps in the same dish. A very interesting result.

Ingredients

Hot water 500ml
Dashi stock granules (or fish stock) 1/2 tsp
Miso 35-40g
Potatoes 60g
Crisps (ready salted) 1 pack
Green laver 1 tbsp

Method

Potato meets potato!

Boil the hot water in a pan and add the sliced potatoes and dashi stock. When the potatoes are cooked, turn the heat down to medium then add the miso dissolved in some water. Add whole pack of crisps.

Serve in a bowl or soup dish and sprinkle plenty of green laver on top. Enjoy!
