Smoked Salmon Tartare Asian-Style

Ingredients

Smoked salmon 1 pack
Spring onions or shallots 2
Fish sauce (nam pla) as required
Salt as required
Anchovy fillet 1
Tomato 1
Gem lettuce leaves 7-8
Lemon as required

Method

Finely chop the spring onion and anchovy. Remove the skin, seeds and core of the tomato and dice.

Finely chop the smoked salmon and put in a bowl.

Add Step 1 ingredients and mix well. Add the fish sauce and season with salt.

Place the gem lettuce leaves on a plate and fill with Step 3. Serve alongside the lemon.

Tips & Note

You can sprinkle with chopped coriander if you like.
