Roast Chicken & BBQ Sauce Tortilla Wrap

A great way to use leftover chicken!

Recipe By: Deepseafish (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/269)
Serves 1 Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Roast chicken breast 100g
Tortilla wrap 1
Round lettuce leaves 3
Red pepper 1/8
BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp

Method

1
I used leftover roast chicken this time, but shop-bought is also fine.
2
Coat the chicken strips with the BBQ sauce and microwave for less than 1 minute.
3
Place a tortilla wrap flat on a chopping board and imagine a clock face. Put all the ingredients including mustard from 9-12 o'clock.
4
Pick up the tortilla at 8 o'clock and press all the ingredients with your fingers and start rolling clockwise.
5
Continue to roll to 3 o'clock to make a cone. It's ready!

Tips & Note

The sauce you use is totally up to you: ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic sauce, etc.
