White wine vinegar 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1.5 tbsp
Soy sauce 2.5 tbsp
Granulated sugar 1.5 tbsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Honey 1/2 tsp

Method

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to dissolve the sugar.

Transfer to a jug and cover with cling film. Allow to cool in the fridge before using with the chilled Chinese noodles.
