Prawn And Avocado Salad

Ingredients

Salad pack 50-60g
Avocado 1
Boiled king prawns 10
Sesame oil 2 tbsp
Sauce:
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Wasabi 1 tsp

Method

Firstly, cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Cut the prawns in half lengthways and place both attractively onto a dish.

Pour the well mixed sauce onto the prawns and avocado. Heat the sesame oil til it's very hot, almost smoking and pour over the prawns and avocado.

Tips & Note

Mix everything well before eating.
Olive oil is also OK to use instead of sesame oil.
