Ingredients

Skewers 8
Quails eggs (hard boiled) 8
Cherry tomatoes 8
Mozzarella cheese balls 8
Salami slices 8
Cucumber pieces (roughly chopped) 8
Ham slices 8
Basil leaves 8
Sauce A
Balsamic vinegar 2.5 tbsp
Golden syrup 1 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp
Sauce B
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Curry powder 1 tsp
Salt & pepper as required

Method

Skewer each ingredient and lay on a serving dish attractively.

Serve alongside the two sauces, mixed well in separate bowls.

Tips & Note

●I made this in order of mozzarella, salami, cucumber, ham, quail egg, basil and cherry tomato - you can have it in whichever order you like
●You can use honey instead of golden syrup in Sauce A if you like
