Smoked Salmon Cracker Sandwich Canapes

Use all your leftover ingredients like smoked salmon, cream cheese, herbs and crackers to make a delicious sandwich!

Ingredients

Smoked salmon 20g
Cream cheese 20g
Dill a little
Crackers 6
Black pepper (optional) a little
Lemon zest a little

Method

Mix the salmon, cream cheese, chopped dill and lemon zest.

Spread onto three crackers and cover with the remaining crackers. Sprinkle over with black pepper if you like.

Tips & Note

You don't have to sandwich it, you can have them open. You could also use a cutter to make round bread sandwiches if you like.
