Crunchy Celery Salad with Wasabi Mayonnaise

The wasabi mayonnaise with capers works wonders in this dish.

Ingredients

Celery 3
Avocado 1
Smoked cheese 100g
Wasabi mayonnaise:
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Capers 1 tbsp
Wasabi 1/2-1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp

Method

Chop the capers and put in a bowl with the ingredients for the wasabi mayonnaise and mix well.

Remove the fibres from the celery then dice into 1cm pieces. Cut the cheese to the same size.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the flesh and cut into 1cm dice.

Add Steps 2 & 3 into the bowl at Step 1 and mix together before transferring to a serving dish.

Tips & Note

I think smoked cheese works eally well in this recipe but use your favourite (hard) cheese.
