Strawberry and Lychee Juice

I used tinned lychees including the syrup mixed with strawberries.

Ingredients

Lychees in light syrup 1 tin (410g)
Strawberries 200g
Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tbsp
Granulated sugar 2 tbsp
Water 100ml
Ice cubes if you like

Method

Wash the strawberries and remove the husks. Cut in half.

Blend the lychees and syrup with the strawberries until smooth.
