Italian Sushi Canapes

Super easy and trendy as a starter.

Ingredients

Cooked sushi rice 200g
Chicory leaves (large outer) 4
Basil leaves 4
Mozzarella cheese (2cm square) 4 (10g each)
Cured ham slices 4
Extra virgin olive oil a little
Black pepper a little

Method

1
Tear apart the basil into small shreds and add to the cooked sushi rice.

Divide the mix into 4. Take one and place the mozzarella cheese piece in the middle. Squeeze lightly and place on a chicory leaf.

Decorate with the cured ham and drizzle over the olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper. It's ready.
