Banana 1
Tinned mango 80g (3 slices)
Almond milk 120ml
Demerara sugar 2-3 tsp

Method

Chop the banana and mango into bitesize pieces.

Put the almond milk, sugar, banana and mango in a pan on a high heat.

Once boiled, turn down to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes, it's ready. Serve hot on a cold day or cold in summer!

Tips & Note

●You can easily buy almond milk in the supermarkets, where the soya milk is. It contains lots of Vitamin E, so good and nutritious.
