Ingredients

Quinoa 125g
Okra 125g
Soy sauce 1.5 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Dashi broth 1 tbsp
Bonito flakes (Katsuo bushi) 5g

Method

Wash the quinoa lightly and book in lots of hot water for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, put the soy sauce, dashi broth and bonito flakes into a bowl and mix well.

When the quinoa is cooked, drain and add into Step 2. Mix well.

Boil the okra for 2-3 minutes and chop into 1cm thick pieces. Mix into Step 3, it's ready.
